Ingredients:
- Whole wheat tortilla wraps
- Hummus (your choice of flavor)
- Sliced cucumber
- Sliced bell peppers (assorted colors)
- Sliced carrots
- Baby spinach or mixed greens
- Feta cheese crumbles (optional)
Instructions:
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of hummus across the center.
- Layer cucumber, bell peppers, carrots, and baby spinach on top of the hummus.
- If using, sprinkle feta cheese crumbles over the vegetables.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve.
