Veggie Hummus Wrap

Ingredients:

  • Whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • Hummus (your choice of flavor)
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Sliced bell peppers (assorted colors)
  • Sliced carrots
  • Baby spinach or mixed greens
  • Feta cheese crumbles (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of hummus across the center.
  2. Layer cucumber, bell peppers, carrots, and baby spinach on top of the hummus.
  3. If using, sprinkle feta cheese crumbles over the vegetables.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  5. Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve.
