Ingredients:
- Pizza dough
- Pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Sliced black olives
- Sliced bell peppers (assorted colors)
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Fresh arugula
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to the highest temperature it can reach.
- Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread a layer of pesto sauce over the dough.
- Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes, black olives, sliced bell peppers, and red onion over the sauce.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
- Bake the pizza in the oven for around 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Once cooked, remove the pizza from the oven and top with fresh arugula.
- Let the pizza cool slightly before slicing and serving.
