Ingredients
- Rice Noodles / Egg Noodles – 1 packet I used egg noodles
- Green Bell pepper-1 sliced
- Baby Corn-5 sliced lengthwise
- Onion-1 sliced
- Coriander leaves / Cilantro or Holy Basil -a small bunch chopped
- Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tblspn
- Red chilli paste-1 tsp or to taste Grind Dry Red Chilli with water
- Pepper-to taste
- Oil-2 tblspn
- For Sauce:
- Soy sauce-2 tblspn
- Vinegar-1 tblspn
- Sugar-1 tblspn
- Salt –to taste
Instructions
- Cook Noodles as per package directions. Drain it and set aside.
- Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok. Add in ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Add in red chilli paste and mix well.
- Throw in onions, bell pepper, baby corn and mix well.Cook this for 3 mins.
- Now add in noodles and toss well..Pour in the sauce and mix well so that everything gets combined.
- Season with pepper and mix well.
- Add in cilantro and cook until it wilts.
- Serve hot with your favorite accompaniments.
