Ingredients:
- Sliced sourdough or whole grain bread
- Sliced turkey breast
- Cranberry sauce
- Sliced provolone or Swiss cheese
- Baby arugula or spinach
- Butter or olive oil for grilling
Instructions:
- Spread cranberry sauce on one slice of bread.
- Layer sliced turkey, cheese, and arugula/spinach on top of the cranberry sauce.
- Top with another slice of bread.
- Heat a panini press or grill pan over medium heat.
- Brush the outside of the sandwich with butter or olive oil.
- Grill the sandwich until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve your delicious panini.
