Turkey and Cranberry Panini

Ingredients:

  • Sliced sourdough or whole grain bread
  • Sliced turkey breast
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Sliced provolone or Swiss cheese
  • Baby arugula or spinach
  • Butter or olive oil for grilling

Instructions:

  1. Spread cranberry sauce on one slice of bread.
  2. Layer sliced turkey, cheese, and arugula/spinach on top of the cranberry sauce.
  3. Top with another slice of bread.
  4. Heat a panini press or grill pan over medium heat.
  5. Brush the outside of the sandwich with butter or olive oil.
  6. Grill the sandwich until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
  7. Slice and serve your delicious panini.
