Ingredients:
Tuna Salad Sandwich
- Canned tuna, drained
- Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- Dijon mustard
- Chopped celery
- Chopped red onion
- Chopped pickles (dill or sweet)
- Salt and pepper
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix canned tuna, mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, and pickles.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the tuna salad onto slices of bread.
- Top with lettuce and tomato slices.
- Close the sandwich with another slice of bread and enjoy.
