Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic, minced
  • Fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, and oregano), chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
  5. Serve the grilled chicken with your choice of sides.
