Ingredients:
- Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Linguine or spaghetti pasta
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Garlic, minced
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
- Squeeze in lemon juice and toss in chopped parsley.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the garlic butter shrimp pasta with grated Parmesan cheese.
