Classic Beef Burger recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef (80% lean)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion, and condiments of your choice

Instructions:

  • Preheat the grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
  • Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
  • Season the patties with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Place the patties on the grill or pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness.
  • Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1 minute.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce, tomato, onion, and the cooked patty on the bottom bun. Add your favorite condiments and top with the other bun.
