Chicken Stir-Fry recipe

Ingredients:

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas, etc.)
  • Soy sauce
  • Ginger, minced
  • Garlic, minced
  • Sesame oil
  • Cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper
  • Rice or noodles (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Place the sliced chicken in the marinade and let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add a bit of oil.
  4. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from the skillet.
  5. In the same skillet, stir-fry the mixed vegetables until they are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir-fry everything together.
  7. Serve the chicken stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
