Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • Fettuccine pasta
  • Heavy cream
  • Butter
  • Garlic, minced
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken slices with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken slices and cook until they are no longer pink and cooked through.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and additional grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
