Caprese Sandwich Recipes

Ingredients:

  • Baguette or ciabatta bread
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze or balsamic reduction
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Slice the baguette or ciabatta into sandwich-sized pieces.
  2. Layer slices of mozzarella cheese, tomato, and fresh basil leaves on one half of the bread.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic glaze, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Close the sandwich with the other half of the bread.
  5. Press the sandwich together slightly and enjoy.
