Ingredients:
- Baguette or ciabatta bread
- Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze or balsamic reduction
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Slice the baguette or ciabatta into sandwich-sized pieces.
- Layer slices of mozzarella cheese, tomato, and fresh basil leaves on one half of the bread.
- Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic glaze, and season with salt and pepper.
- Close the sandwich with the other half of the bread.
- Press the sandwich together slightly and enjoy.
