Ingredients:
- Salmon fillets
- Lemon juice
- Fresh herbs (such as dill, thyme, and parsley), chopped

- Salt and pepper
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over the fillets.
- Sprinkle with chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Place lemon slices on top of the fillets.
