Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:

  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Linguine or spaghetti pasta
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic, minced
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Squeeze in lemon juice and toss in chopped parsley.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the garlic butter shrimp pasta with grated Parmesan cheese.
