Baked Lemon Herb Salmon

Ingredients:

  • Salmon fillets
  • Lemon juice
  • Fresh herbs (such as dill, thyme, and parsley), chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over the fillets.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place lemon slices on top of the fillets.
  6. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve the baked salmon with your choice of sides.
