Ingredients:
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- Fettuccine pasta
- Heavy cream
- Butter
- Garlic, minced
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken slices with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken slices and cook until they are no longer pink and cooked through.
- Pour in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and additional grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
