Veg Thukpa Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet Any Noodles
  • 1/4 cup Beans
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup Spring Onion
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tsp Soya Sauce
  • To Taste Garam Masala
  • To Taste Black Pepper
  • To Taste Salt
  • 4 Cloves Chopped Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Carrot

How to Make Veg Thukpa Soup

  • 1.
  • Heat oil in a wok, add the chopped onion and garlic. Once the onion turns translucent, add the other chopped veggies such as beans, carrots, cabbage and green onions along with salt. Mix everything well.
  • 2.
  • Now add seasonings like garam masala, sweet chili sauce, soya sauce, chilli sauce and mix again.
  • 3.
  • Add vegetable/chicken broth and let it simmer for 4-5 mins.
  • 4.
  • Add the chopped cilantro and mix well and simmer it again for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • 5.
  • Finally, add the boiled noodles and cumin powder. Mix them well and let it simmer for a min or so.
  • 6.
  • Serve and enjoy!
