Schezwan Roti Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 Cabbage (Thinly Sliced)
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Green Chillies (Chopped)
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 5 nos Roti

How to Make Schezwan Roti Noodles

First of all, heat a pan by adding oil, add one chopped onion and two lengthwise chopped green chilies and fry it lightly.

Simultaneously, add julienne chopped carrots and capsicum and saute it. Add finely chopped cabbage and fry it too.

Now add a little black pepper and salt to it and mix.

4.

Keep the flame low and in the meantime roll the rotis and cut them thinly.

5.

Put the chopped rotis in the pan and mix well with the vegetables.

6.

Simultaneously, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of Schezwan sauce to it and mix well. Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
