Ingredients
- 200 grams Hakka Noodles
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 medium size sliced thinly Onions
- 3 tbsp finely chopped Garlic
- 3 tbsp finely chopped Ginger
- 2 slit Green Chillies
- 1 large chopped finely Carrots
- 10 chopped finely Green Beans
- 1 cup chopped finely Cabbage
- 1 cup chopped finely Capsicum i used a mixture of green, yellow and red
- ½ cup or as needed Schezwan Sauce RECIPE HERE
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Sugar
Instructions
- Start by cooking noodles..Bring lots of salted water in a sauce pan, add in noodles and cook as per package instructions. Drain it and toss it with a tblspn of oil. Set aside till use.
- Heat oil in a wok. Add in onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic. Saute on a high heat for a min.
- Add in carrots, beans, cabbage and toss well on high heat for 8 to 10 mins till it is cooked.
- Now add in capsicum and saute on high heat for 2 mins.
- Add in salt and sugar. Mix well.
- Add in the schezwan sauce and mix well.
- Add in noodles and toss well. Fry this for few mins till the noodles is tossed.
- Add in spring onion and mix well.
- Serve hot.
