Ingredients
- Carne asada
- Perfect guacamole
- white onion, chopped
- Cilantro, roughly chopped
- corn tortillas
Method
- Make the carne asada. Let it rest before cutting it (against the grain) into bite-size pieces.
- Prepare the toppings. While the steak is cooking, chop the onions, roughly chop the cilantro, prepare the guacamole and warm or toast the tortillas.
- Assemble the tacos. Fill the warm tortillas with chopped steak, raw onion, cilantro and guacamole.
