Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Flour
- Eggs, beaten
- Breadcrumbs or panko
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs or panko.
- Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully fry the coated chicken pieces in batches until they’re golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
- Transfer the fried nuggets to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
