Homemade Chicken Nuggets:

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Flour
  • Eggs, beaten
  • Breadcrumbs or panko
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs or panko.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Carefully fry the coated chicken pieces in batches until they’re golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
  5. Transfer the fried nuggets to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
