Ingredients:
BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich
- Soft hamburger buns
- Slow-cooked or smoked pulled pork
- BBQ sauce
- Coleslaw
- Pickles (optional)
Instructions:
- Warm the pulled pork in a saucepan and mix with BBQ sauce until coated.
- Toast the hamburger buns if desired.
- Pile the pulled pork onto the bottom half of each bun.
- Top with coleslaw and pickles.
- Place the top half of the bun on top and press gently.
- Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
